Miss World Philippines 2020 to be held in the month of December

The national director of Miss World Philippines, Arnold Vegafria, it has been announced that the finale for Miss World Philippines 2020 will be held in the month of December 2020. Arnold posted on her the official Miss World Philippines, “This year’s much-awaited Miss World Philippines pageant will finally push through in December.”

The delegates from all over the Philippines will compete for the seven national title including Miss World Philippines 2020, Miss Eco Philippines 2020, Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2020, Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2020, Miss Multinational Philippines 2020, Miss Philippines Tourism 2020 and a soon-to-be-announced major crown.

The organization stated that they will be introducing a new crown for the delegates to compete for and the further details of the new crown will be revealed soon. They are excited for the new addition to their beauty pageant and have stated that the search is on for the next representatives of the Philippines at international level.

Miss World Philippines is one of the most elusive international beauty pageants for the Philippines and Miss World title is the longest running pageant in the history of beauty pageant. Megan Young from the Philippines was crowned Miss World 2013 at 28th September 2013 at Bali Nusa Dua International Convention Center, South Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. Last year, Michelle Marquez Dee represent the Philippines at Miss World 2019 on 14th December 2019 at London, England, the United Kingdom. She was appreciated for her performance on-stage and was placed at Top 12 at the end of the event finale. During the preliminaries, Dee won both rounds of her group's Head to Head Challenge, earning her a spot in the Top 40 semifinalists. She will crown her successor; Miss World Philippines 2020 at the end of the event finale in December 2020.
