Miss World Philippines 2020 will be held in the month of December where the divas from all over the country will compete for the national title and the opportunity to represent the Philippines at Miss World 2020. The organization will also crown the representative of the Philippines to Miss Supranational from this year.

The organization also announced that the participation of the previous title holders will also be allowed if they are eligible (age) and not crowned Miss World Philippines priorly.

With wish list being prepared for the potential candidate to represent the Philippines at international stage, Chelsea Lovely Fernandez has caught our attention for the title of Miss World Philippines 2020 as seems potential. Hailing from the city of Tacloban city, Chelsea is 21-years-old and stands 170 cm tall. She holds the degree of the Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication Major in Broadcasting graduate of Asian Development College.

Chelsea is not new to pageantry as she was the winner of Reyna ng Aliwan 2018 and later participated at Miss Earth Philippines 2019 and was adjudged as Miss Philippines Water 2019 at the end of the event finale. She has worked with various designers and brands in the Philippines which has helped her to gain experience and knowledge about beauty pageants. She is very particular about making changes in her choices which will help the mother earth to heal. She also advocates about body positivity and mentioned, “The earth and our body are our most important abodes. Both are gifts that keep on giving and taking care of them is a basic must.”

The diva has expressed her gratitude towards everyone who has helped her to stay focused, determined, and dedicated toward working hard for the title and will keep working until she represents the Philippines at international stage. She has grown not only as a model but as a person and she is very thankful for that. Chelsea could be a strong contender for any of the title at Miss World Philippines 2020 if she decides to participate.
