Puteri Indonesia organization is all set to begin with the 2021 edition where the delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and earn their chance to represent Indonesia at Miss Universe 2021, Miss International 2021, and Miss Supranational 2021.
One of the divas who has caught everyone’s attention is Shinta Yuliasmi who seems like a potential candidate to represent Indonesia at an international platform if she decides to give the national competition a go.
Shinta is 25-years-old and stands 170 cm tall. She is a flight attendant and studies at Binus University along with working as a model. The diva has managed to balance her professional life with her studies perfectly and seems like a perfect fit for the title. She is passionate, confident, and determined towards achieving the best of the opportunities she is a part of.
The beauty queen has a keen interest in helping people around her and is a volunteer at Menjadi Indonesia Pintar and HOPE INDONESIA which are non-profit organizations in Indonesia that help the people in need with all the essentials they need. The diva has mentioned, “Keep up the spirit and keep going because your suffering will be over soon. Hold On Pain Ends.” She describes her visits with the organizations as positive and energetic.
Shinta is a positive, hopeful, and confident woman who has shared that acceptance is the key to peace. She shared that accept sincerely everything you have done, whatever has happened to you because that’s the key to peace of mind. The diva strongly believes in the fact that if you send out positive thoughts and affirmations, the same positive energy will attract great things in your life and that’s how you move a step ahead in life.
The diva mentioned, “Beauty starts when you decide to be yourself. We just need to be ourselves. Beauty is not in the face; beauty is a light in the heart. You don't have to be perfect to be beautiful. Never compare ourselves with others. Don't torture yourself by comparing yourself to others. Because above the sky, there is still the sky, so if we keep comparing ourselves, then we will never have enough.”
Shinta wants to use the platform to empower women in her community and across the world because she believes that women of the current times are powerful, smart, beautiful, courageous, and are focused on making our lives better and women should be encouraged to do so. She has been a part of various campaigns in Indonesia which has helped her to gain confidence and dedication towards making her dreams come true. If she decides to participate, she can be a strong contender for the title.
Shinta adds, “The price of success is hard work, dedication to work, and determining whether we win or lose, we have put our best self into the job.” She is grateful for all the opportunities that came her way and made her stronger.
