The coronation night of Ratu Wanita Malaya 2022 was held on Saturday, 8th October 2022 at the Evolve Concept Mall in Petaling Jaya, Selangor where Manvin Khera was crowned Miss Earth Malaysia 2023. She is expected to represent Malaysia at Miss Earth 2022.

Manvin Khera is 21 years of age and a model by profession. She bested seventeen other contestants to win the national crown. In her spare time, Khera loves to dance, play archery or do some hiking. Manvin was a strong favourite for the national crown since the beginning of the competition. Since Khera is the first ever Ratu Wanita Malaya winner, the new organization handling the Miss Earth franchise in Malaysia hopes to set the bar high and be recognized as one of the leading beauty pageants in the country.

The organization has also elected other representatives who will be sent to various other international competitions. These are Miss Face of Humanity 2023 Malveen Kaur, Miss Global Malaysia 2023 Sunshine Aileen Devi Eric, Miss Eco Malaysia 2023 Thanu Shri, Miss Asia Pacific Malaysia 2023 Taanusiya Chetty, and Miss Star Malaysia 2023 Kash Bhullar.

Manvin Khera succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth Malaysia 2022 Kajel Kaur who will compete in Miss Earth 2022 this November in the Philippines. She became the first Punjabi and a Sikh to be crowned Miss Earth Malaysia. The last placement Malaysia won was in 2021 where Nisha Thayananthan Miss Earth Malaysia 2021 was placed in the Top 20 at Miss Earth 2021.
