The 52nd edition of Reinado Internacional del Café has begun with the downtown parade held in Manizales, Colombia on 8th January 2024. The delegates started the first parade dressed in chapoleras to honor the coffee chapola that spreads her flowers.

The official organization also spoke about the parade through their official social media as they wrote, “Thank you Manizales for giving the great welcome to the candidates for the International Coffee Queen in its 52nd edition, between shades of colors and the joy of its people we begin the best Fair in America.”

Before the parade, the candidates visited the Manizales Mayor's Office, where the municipal mayor, Jorge Eduardo Rojas, welcomed them to the city. The candidates and the president shared a present with traditions specific to each country as the international pageant has begun.

Reinado Internacional del Café 2024 will take place on 13th January 2024 at the Manizales Fair which will be held in Colombia. Reinado Internacional del Café 2023 Isabella Bermúdez Nieto of Colombia will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
