The current Miss Universe Croatia, Shanaelle Petty, enjoyed a successful year with the crown which culminated in a Top 16 finish at the Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas in November. She is now ready to crown her successor, and the wait for the contestants is finally over.
Miss Universe Croatia has been held annually since 1997 under Vladimir Kraljevic who also successfully took the official franchise of Miss Universe Slovenia in 2013.
“Over the past 21 years we had the opportunity to meet hundreds of exceptional girls, and all 21 of them have marked and enriched our lives in their own way. We are looking forward to the new generation and the girl who will take the title of Miss Universe of Croatia in 2018,” said Miss Universe Croatia Director Marija Kraljevic at the time of announcing this year’s contest.
