Skelly Ivy Florida, Miss Biliran 2020, has been announced the winner of Lazada MUPH Fan Vote and has become the first contestant to enter Top 16 at Miss Universe Philippines 2020. Skelly has been a fan-favourite since the beginning of the competition and has proved her mettle with strong performances.

On securing her place, Skelly thanked everyone for the support as she said, “Bringing my own sunshine everywhere I go because you guys made me feel all the love these past days. We made it to the first rank with a whopping 299,877 votes in Lazada app’s MUP 2020 Fan Vote. Thank you very much for helping me earn an automatic slot for the Finals’ Top 16 and give me the chance to help my chosen charity! Everyone’s support is overwhelming, and I can’t thank you all enough for that. I am more than grateful from the bottom of my heart!”

Skelly is 20-years-old and stands 167cm tall and is a student of Tourism Management at the Biliran Province State University. Skelly is not new to the pageantry as she participated and won the title of Miss Naval State University and Miss PASUC in 2017. She is also an ambassador for Inclusive Education.
