Thailand’s performance in 2019 was nothing short of brilliant as the divas from all over the country won the right to represent Thailand at various international beauty pageants. At the end of the year, country held not one but two coveted major beauty pageants titles of Miss Supranational 2019 and Miss International 2019. Thailand also won two other international crowns of Jewel of the World 2019 and Face of the Beauty International 2019.
While the stunning divas showed exemplary dedication and sincerity towards their craft, there were a few of them who caught our attention right from the beginning at the national competitions. So, without further ado, lets take a look at the Top 10 Thai beauties of the year 2019 in our opinion. The ranking has been done from decreasing to increasing order.
#10 - Tharina Botes
Tharina Botes participated in Miss Grand Thailand 2019 and with her incredible performance, she placed in the Top 10 as the wild card entry. Tharina is a Thai-South African beauty who also participated in Miss South Africa 2018 prior to this. The stunning beauty showed sincerity and grace at the competition and became a front runner. Being a young diva and standing 180 cm tall, Tharina could be a part of a national pageant in 2020 as well.
#9 - Arayha Suparurk
Coco Arayha Suparurk worked her way to #9 as she represented Thailand in Miss Grand International 2019. Coco was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2019 on 13th July 2019 amidst speculations of a controversy with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray. As she represented Thailand in Miss Grand International 2019, Coco gave an amazing performance and placed as the second runner-up at the end of the event finale. She is 25 years of age and has achieved quite a lot in her life. She holds quite a lot of experience in the pageantry and that worked in her favor in 2019.
#8 - Peerachada Khunrak
Peerachada Khunrak began 2019 as she participated in Miss Grand Thailand 2019 on 13th July 2019. With her stunning performance, she placed as the first runner-up at the event. Peerachada then went on to represent Thailand in Face of Beauty International 2019 as the coronation night was held on 18th November 2019 and brought home the international crown. She is one of the four international crown holders of 2019.
#7 - Miriam Sornprommas
Miriam Sornprommas represented her state Chiang Mai in Miss Universe Thailand 2019 and with her incredible performance, Miriam placed as the first runner-up at the competition. The stunning beauty performed with dedication and charm at the contest winning the Golden Tiara Ticket and the ‘Glowing Beauty’ award. She did not get a chance to represent Thailand at an international platform but she made sure her beauty and eloquence got her a special place in the people’s hearts.
#6 - Naruemon Khampan
Naruemon Khampan aka Jane Naruemon Khampan began her journey of 2019 in Miss Grand Thailand 2019 where she performed with allegiance and candor. The stunning Thai beauty was adjudged the second runner-up at the end of the event finale. Through her placement, Naruemon was appointed Miss Intercontinental Thailand 2019 and thus went on her international journey in Egypt where Miss Intercontinental 2019 was held. She made her country proud yet again as she won the second runner-up position at the international pageant.
#5 - Narintorn Chadapattarawalrachoat
Narintorn Chadapattarawalrachoat began her journey in Miss World Thailand 2019 as she was crowned the winner on 3rd August 2019 in Bangkok. The 21-year-old beauty debuted in the pageantry with the national crown and then represented Thailand at Miss World 2019. At Miss World 2019, Naritorn showed relentless sincerity and won a place in the Top 40.
#4 - Sireethorn Leearamwat
Sireethorn Leearamwat made history for her country as she was crowned Miss International 2019 in October 2019. She was the first Thai delegate to have ever won the Miss International crown and the first Thai to win any of the four major international beauty pageants since Bui Simon was crowned Miss Universe 1988. Holding one of the four major international beauty pageants’ crowns, Sireethorn definitely made herself and her country proud last year.
#3 - Anntonia Porsild
Anntonia Porsild, a 22-year-old Thai-Danish beauty, again made history for her country as she was crowned Miss Supranational 2019 on 6th December 2019 in Poland. She is currently studying at Stamford International University and advocates for body positivity. Another major pageant crown holder, Anntonia’s 2019 was full of pride and success. She is an epitome of beauty and intelligence which she proved time and again throughout the year.
#2 - Kim Docekalová
With one of the strongest personalities, Kim Docekalová began her year with participation in Miss Universe Thailand 2019. A very young beauty, Kim performed with absolute grace and became a favourite for the crown for many including us. She placed in the Top 5 at the national pageant and was commended by the judging panel for her communication skills and personality on stage.
#1 - Paweensuda Drouin
Paweensuda Drouin tops the list for us as she began her journey in Miss Universe Thailand 2019 and with her absolute stunning performance, won the Miss Universe Thailand 2019 crown. Paweensuda, became a front runner for Miss Universe crown and as she represented her country in Miss Universe 2019, she placed in the Top 5 with her incredible performance. She was an epitome of grace and beauty throughout her journey.
