Damilola Bolarinde crowned Miss Grand Nigeria 2022

The Nigerian Queen 2022, the 14th edition of national pageant, was held on 20th August 2022 at EUI Centre, Port Harcourt, Nigeria where Damilola Bolarinde was crowned Miss Grand Nigeria 2022. She will represent Nigeria at Miss Grand International 2022.

Damilola Bolarinde bested thirty-nine contestants to win the national crown. Bolarinde took to her official social media as she wrote, “For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the lord, thoughts of peace and not evil to give you an expected end. I want to thank God who has made this possible for if it wasn’t his will, none of this would have been possible. To my amazing family, I am so blessed to have your untamed support, your love and belief in me.”



Nnena Odum representing Anambra was adjudged first runner-up at the end of the event finale. She is now Miss Eco Nigeria 2022 who will represent Nigeria at Miss Eco International 2022. Mavis Aruma representing Yobe was adjudged second runner-up at the end of the event finale.

Top 7 also included Vivian Onuigbo (Abuja), Precious Ijetta (Edo), Shofolu Gbeminiyi (Kogi), Rita Ezenwa (Niger W). Top 20 also included Rebecca John (Abia), Goodness Chisom (Adamaya), Esther Christopher (Bauchi), Ebika Oluohu (Cross-River G), Chidinma Obasi (Ebonyi), Fortunate Oloruntimilehin (Ekiti), Cynthia Penelope (Enugu), Adeyemi Oluwatoyin (Katsina), Diana Ovie (Kwara), Precious Bello (Oyo), Mary-Joe Inyamigim (Plateaus), Florence Oliver (Zamfara).
