The Miss Universe Vietnam organization is running its 2022 edition of Miss Universe Vietnam in full swing as the event is supposed to be bigger than ever. The preliminary activities are going on in Ho Chi Minh City. The event is following a reality TV show format this year, where Vietnamese audience can see the preliminary competitions being held and later cast their votes.
The show is titled 'Tôi là Hoa Hu Hoàn V Vit Nam' (I am Miss Universe Vietnam). In each episode, the ten candidates with the lowest scores at the end of each round will be eliminated, with five remaining. To advance, the contestants must put up all of their efforts in order to present themselves in the best light possible.
Recently the organization revealed the winners of golden tickets, the holder of which advances straight to Top 70 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 competition. Seven ticket holders have been announced.

An honorary golden ticket was passed to Do Nhat Ha, the only transgender contestant allowed to continue after the casting round.
Though the diva has made into the competition, according to the official regulations, she will not be competing for the official prizes of the contest. She will not compete in the Top 10, Top 5 or the Miss title. However, she has a chance to enter the Top 41 if she wins the reality TV show.
The winner of this year’s edition will succeed Miss Universe 2021 Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen for the title. Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen made it to the Top 16 of Miss Universe 2021 as she set forth a beautiful representation at the international event.
