At the grand coronation night of Mutya Pilipinas 2019 held on 18th August 2019, April May Short was crowned Mutya Pilipinas - World Top Model Philippines 2019. The title of World Top Model Philippines 2019 was added to the pageant this year under the re-branded name.
April, a favourite of many from the beginning of the competition, will go for her international competition that will happen in Monte Carlo (in the Principality of Monaco) this coming 14th December 2019. April returned for her second national pageant this year as she participated in Binibining Pilipinas 2019 and placed in the Top 15. With her experience and this new crown, she will surely be a force to be reckoned with at the international competition.
April was also a part of our Top favourites for the national title. With her tall frame and gorgeous beauty, she has mesmerised everyone and with the title being added just this year, she is the perfect representative of Philippines.
Apart from the aforementioned title, Klyza Castro from Davao City was crowned Mutya Pilipinas – Miss Asia Pacific International 2019, Tyra Goldman was crowned Mutya Pilipinas Tourism International 2019 and Louise Janica Arroyo An was crowned Mutya Pilipinas Overseas Communities 2019. Cyrille Payumo was adjudged the first runner-up while Maxinne Nicole Rangel was awarded the position of the second runner-up.
