21 years old Luisa Andrea Soemitha standing tall at a height of 168 cms is a strong contender at Miss Earth 2016. She loves coffee. The beautiful contestant feels proud of her parents’ hard work, love, and commitment. Luisa is someone who wants to make the world a better place. Talking about her environmental advocacy, she shares, “As we know that in the world human population increase sharply and it is necessary to manage natural resources wiser than before. Clean water and air became the most important aspects in human life, and then we need to work on it together to build a better earth. One of the examples to maintain our clean air; is to take full advantage of public transportations. Another simple option, if we want to use our own vehicle we can ask our friends and families to join if we are going in a same direction. Using eco-friendly gas oil is also a way to support our government’s plan to maintain clean air in this world.”
