Next in line is 22 years old Canadian representative Tamara Jemuovic. Currently working as an entrepreneur, Tamara grew up in the multicultural city of Toronto. Talking about her environmental advocacy, Tamara says, “I wish to share the importance of renewable energy sources and sustainability for the future. With that being said, it’s extremely important to be efficient and reuse as many of our resources that we have. Natural resources are depleting and when we are wasteful, we are doing a lot of harm to our Mother Earth. As a native proverb states: “We don’t inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.”
