Standing at an astounding height of 175 cms is the 24 years old Maria Kortzia. She has a warm heart and values respect and honesty. Maria is reminisces her childhood with nostalgia and shares that her parents have always stood by her, supported her and made her life beautiful. Maria misses the trips she used to take with her family. She loves the culture, food, and the beaches in her country. Talking about her environmental advocacy, she shares, “We must all take responsibility for protecting our earth. Each of us must educate ourselves and understand the seriousness of our actions. Many of us sit back and think, what can I do? I am just one person. The truth is, it is in our hands, and we must work together to make a difference. We need to take appropriate and effective steps to preserving the environment for a better life for us and the future of our children.”
