Will Ari Emmanuel introduce a Talent Segment in the Forthcoming Miss Universe?

As Ari Emanuel’s talent agency WME/IMG has acquired The Miss Universe Organization from Donald Trump in September, the pageant fans can expect a new ‘Talent Segment’ in the Miss Universe 2015 to be held on December 20, 2015 in the United States.

Emanuel is an American talent agent and co-CEO of William Morris Endeavor (WME), an entertainment and media agency. Operating in more than 25 countries, Emanuel’s agency concentrates in talent representation and management; brand strategy, activation and licensing; media production and distribution; and event management.

A month ago, he posted a write up on Miss USA Olivia Jordan’s pictorial and stated that the photo shoot pretty much looks like a shoot for Esquire/GQ/Entertainment Weekly rather than a high-fashion pictorial. And then probably the rumor floating around that the Miss Universe pageant will be having a ‘talent segment’.

Well, let’s assume, if an International pageant, like Miss Universe, had a section where contestants could demonstrate a skill or talent, whoever was tasked with providing background commentary for this thing would be able to spice up the entire event and we would get the great reasons to be proud of these beauties. Don’t you agree pageant fans?
