Hailing from São Paulo, Brazil and standing at an astounding height of 179 cms, 24 years old Brazilian beauty Bruna Zanardo will represent her city at Miss Earth 2016. Bruna is an established model and has been modelling since the last ten years.
She had also been a contestant at Miss Intercontinental Brasil 2016, where she was adjudged as a Top 10 finalist. Her modelling experience is vast as the beauty has worked for various brands. Bruna has travelled to different cities and countries for modelling, including Miami, Milan, Paris and Germany. The young Brazilian beauty has also conducted photographic campaigns for brands such as Carmine, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Gregory and others. She is a model and abides by the motto, “Health and climate are inextricably linked because human health is directly dependent on the health of the planet."
She used to practice sports for her height but at the age of 15 was convinced to participate in a modelling contest where she was also one of the finalists. She started her modelling career in which I travelled on business trips to Milan, France and Miami and for sure these experiences of other cultures and trips were very memorable moments for her.
Her environmental advocacy claims, “By conducting environmental education projects with educational institutions, companies and partnerships with conservation units, I am part of Molech Institute Bushman Environmental Education (IMM) it exists since 2005, the institute also develops innovative methodologies for teacher training environmental, environmental education programs for the environmental Licensing and Corporate Sustainability as well as actions for families. The wide range of IMM's actions have the common objective of the formation of an environmental culture from activities that operate without degradation, resources that protected natural areas offer promoting awareness. The environmental education institute develops projects and courses with an emphasis on direct contact with nature, in view of the positive transformation of the socio-environmental relations. Our work is to reference the National Environmental Education Policy, Federal Law No. 9.795 / 99, and promotes experiences that stimulate cooperation, critical thinking, sustainability and interdisciplinary education. We work with schools, universities, businesses and conservation units through formal education programs and non-formal. We develop novel methods for the preparation of environmental educators, educational projects, programs for Environmental Licensing and Corporate Sustainability, and actions for families and communities.”
Bruna is very determined and is a woman full of dreams but above all she is stubborn in the pursuit of professional and personal fulfilment. She tries to keep the physical and emotional balance and believes that when we are well on our physical and our mind, universe conspires positively for our lives.
