Pia was featured in Cosmopolitan Philippines’ April issue, and a cover the lady also featured in the cover story this September in Cosmopolitan Malaysia for the most beautiful woman in the world.

WOW..!! This is Pia’s second Cosmo cover this year. The same photo of Wurtzbach is used in both covers. However, there are certain changes on the Malaysian edition. The one on the Cosmopolitan Malaysia has been digitally altered. Did you see the difference?

No, not just the fonts and the background, but if you observe closely, Pia’s Top has been altered in the Malaysian cover. The previous cover had Pia Wutzbach donning a deep neck plunging outfit with her cleavage showing. The latest one shows the neckline of the top going up. Women are advised to dress modestly in Malaysia, a predominantly Muslim country.

The Filipina beauty queen is putting in all her sweat and toil to promote HIV awareness. In one of her recent post on Instagram, the beauty queen posted a pic with her statement that states, “One challenge that I want to demystify (about the disease) is that you can’t live a normal life if you have the disease. With the right treatment, you can live a normal life.”
