At the conclusion of the grand finale of Miss Finland 2017 held at the Kalastajatorppa in Helsinki in September 2017, Michaela Söderholm was crowned Miss Suomi 2017 (Miss Finland 2017 or Miss Universe Finland 2017). She will represent Finland in the Miss Universe 2017. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Finland 2016 Shirly Karvinen.

At the same event, Adriana Gerxhalija was crowned Miss World Finland 2017 and Pihla Koviu was crowned Miss International Finland 2017. They will represent their country in Miss World 2017 and Miss International 2017 respectively. Adriana and Pihla succeed Miss World Finland 2016 Heta Sallinen and Miss International Finland 2016 Emilia Seppänen respectively.
