Miss Slovakia 2015 (or also known as Miss Slovensko 2015) was the 20th edition of Miss Slovakia (Miss Slovensko). The finale was held on 24th April 2015. Lujza Straková from Banská Bystrica was crowned the winner and represented Slovakia in Miss World 2015. A total of twelve finalists were selected to compete for the coveted title. The reigning Miss Slovensko 2014, Laura Longauerová crowned her successor Lujza Straková on the finale night which was televised live on TV JOJ.

The year 2015 marked the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Miss Slovakia. The competition finale was preceded by a number of events and training. Castings for Miss Slovakia 2015 started on 22nd January 2015 and were followed by a selection of the twelve finalists.

Final night of Miss Slovakia took place on 24th April 2015 live on TV JOJ and received a remunerated contract from Forza Production House, Hyudai new generation i20 and other exciting prizes. The first runner up of Miss Slovakia 2015 went on to compete at the Miss International 2015 and the second runner up went on to represent Slovakia at Miss Supranational  2015.
