Nadja succeeds Miss Earth Bosnia and Herzegovina 2017 Jelena Karagić. Jelena was in the Top 16 in the finale of Miss Earth 2017 where she represented Bosnia and Herzegovina. This means that there is some pressure on Najda to perform equally well, if not better.
