Emmaryn Roxanne Djentuh was appointed Miss Earth Ghana 2020 on 24th September 2020 and is representing the home country for the title of Miss Earth 2020.
The diva’s advocacy for the competition is to champion the reduction of plastic usage and open burning of refuse. Taking one step at a time, to conscientize people on the need to protect and preserve the environment, there should be massive social media campaign as well as other media houses. She explained that she has been involved in a recycling movement in her local church where members and residents have been educated to separate plastic waste from other organic waste. At the end of every month, plastics are collected and sent to a firm for recycling.
