Tessa le Conge was appointed Miss Earth Netherlands 2020 on 22nd May 2020 and is representing the home country for the title of Miss Earth 2020.
The diva’s advocacy for the competition is about shifting the culture in a way that benefits climate action and nature with COVID-19’s influence. She believes that to build a green economy by sharing ideas that could help the community to build regenerative cultures once the economy starts up again. In times like these with the ongoing pandemic Tessa thinks that it’s more relevant than ever to show we can transform from this crisis, with new compassion and change of bad ecological habits. From our losses, there will be scars, but from our experience there may be new cultures that define a healthier greener earth. She believes she has the strength to guide people through that transformation, sharing knowledge and love for our mother earth.
