Moving on to our next favourite, we have 22 year old Claims Personnel. Generosity has been her virtue since childhood. She also like to travel a lot and explore new places.
Sharing her environmental advocacy, Danielle says, “My environmental advocacy is to help in the conservation of energy, waste management and lessen the city's carbon emission. One of the means to achieve this is by introducing and promoting the use of eco-friendly charcoal or eco-uling to our community, starting from homes, restaurants, buildings and establishments. With the collaboration and support of Project Lily PH, who manufactured the eco-uling from water lilies, I will spearhead disseminating information on how the utilization of eco-uling can help in the reduction of our gas emission. I will act as their marketing bridge to let everyone know the difference and environmental benefits of using this from the regular charcoal in the market. This will also put a stop on the extensive logging in the country. Furthermore, fabricating this product gives jobs to a lot of people with disability. I chose this advocacy because in doing so, we are not only helping in the preservation of our environment but also touching the lives of less fortunate people, giving them hope and value.”
