The grand finale of Miss World Philippines 2018 will be held of 7th October, where 40 contestants will be competing for the national title. The event will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City, Philippines. The winner will represent Philippines in Miss World 2018 to be held on 8th December 2018 in Sanya, China where Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar will crown the winner.
The winner of Miss World Philippines 2018 will be crowned by Miss World Philippines 2017 Laura Lehmann. Laura was able to secure a position in the Top 40 in the finale of Miss World 2017 where she represented Philippines. Laura was also in the Top 10 in the People's Choice Award and one of the winners of Beauty With A Purpose.
Alone with the crowning of the national winner, the event will also witness the crowning of Miss Reina Hispanomericana 2018 by Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 Teresita Ssen Marquez, Miss Eco International Philippines 2019 by Miss Eco International Philippines 2018 Cynthia Thomalla and Miss Multinational 2018 by Miss Multinational Philippines 2017 Sophia Señoron.
