Leyla Espinoza was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2020 on 17th October 2020 at the Wynham Sail Plaza hotel Manta, Ecuador.
Leyla is a native of Quevedo and is studying the third semester of an International Business Degree at Udla who is well equipped with the knowledge of digital marketing. She considers herself a pro animal queen and helps with food for homeless puppies. The diva has worked with the women who have been the victim of domestic violence and will use the platform to raise awareness for the same. During the final question and answer round, she answered, “If as women we unite and raise our voices to help others, we will succeed. As a woman I want to help all these women so that they have a second chance to continue working on themselves and not allow anyone to violate their rights.”
