Đỗ Trần Khánh Ngân of Vietnam was declared the winner and crowned Miss Globe 2017 at an event held in Tirana, Albania on Friday, 3rd November 2017. She succeeds and was crowned by her predecessor and outgoing queen Dimple Patel of India, Miss Globe 2016.

2nd runner-up - Elena Latypova from Siberia
3rd runner-up - Alessia Çoku from Albania
