Thailand is all set to host its new edition of Miss Universe Thailand 2020 where the next delegate will be crowned to represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2020. With Paweensuda Drouin Miss Universe Thailand 2019 exceptional performance in Miss Universe 2019 and placing Top 5, the expectations from the organization have risen all the more. Wishing to earn the Miss Universe crown in the coming year, wish list of potential delegates are being prepared for the competition. We also have our favorite candidates, for the same, who are eligible to participate for the title of Miss Universe Thailand 2020.

Amanda Obdam previously participated in Miss Thailand World 2015 but unfortunately couldn’t win the crown. She can come back to win the title as she is a strong contestant and knows some of the tips and techniques of the competition. Amanda Obdam is 25-year-old Thai-Canadian model; originally from Phuket who stands 170 cm tall is a graduate from the University of Toronto, Canada with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. She likes to travel and explore the cities especially on the Phuket island with her friends.

Amanda started her career as a model in 2011 under SuperRed Modeling and has worked with big brands including Sunsilk, School, PhaoHom etc. She has earned titles of Miss Grand Phuket 2016, Miss Grand Rising Star 2016 and Miss Tourism Metropolitan International 2016 which makes her experienced in the fashion and pageant industry. She has also been featured in two series on Channel 7.

Amanda Obdam wishes to end hunger in the world and would use the platform given to her at Miss Universe Thailand 2020 to raise awareness about the same. She is strong, confident, positive and very dedicated towards winning the title and can be one of the strongest contestants for the win if she decides to participate. Amanda has great communication skills which can help her during question and answer round in the competition.
