Kaja Caroline Kojan has been crowned as Miss Universe Norway 2017, at the finals held on 29th July 2017. She will now represent Norway at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant. Kaja was also among our top 5 favourites.

As TV Kongsvinger reported on Thursday, Kaja was in the first place over all pre-votes on SMS, in second place over sponsors and partners, and in 6th place over activities.

"It's a goal for me to go to the top," said Kaja when she met My King's Wings two days ago, and despite the fact that she had been legally planted safely on the Kongvinger soil, she worked hard and focused on a terrestrial way, and the overall combination seems to have brought the Kongsvinger girl to the top of the Miss Norway competition.

After the news was shared on the Facebook group ‘My Kongsvinger’, hundreds of people congratulated the beautiful girl.

Kaja is also very grateful for all the support and encouragement she has received from family and friends, says Jeanette Grøtting, who shared the amazing news at Mitt Kongsvinger tonight.

Kaja’s mother Lena is also very proud of her daughter's efforts in so many areas in the last six months, which has brought her to the top of the beauty contest. According to the competition assessments, it is about more than just beauty.

"I have worked hard to collect points in terms of getting partners, working with charity, marketing and many other activities," said Kaja Kojan to Mitt Kongsvinger a few days ago.
