Samantha Ortega Bahena was crowned Mexicana Universal Morelos 2018 on 25th November 2019 by the outgoing queen Mexicana Universal Morelos 2017 Valeria Gabriela Vélez Gutiérrez at the conclusion of the finale. Therefore, she became the official representative of Morelos in Mexicana Universal 2019 pageant.

The gorgeous beauty is 22 years of age and is currently in pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Apart from her qualification, she wants to be an example for youngsters of Morelos with an aim to convey a message that it is work, that makes you able to reach to the goals that one desires to achieve. Besides this, one of her greatest dreams is to be the financial director of a transnational company and to become the first governor of the Bank of Mexico or Ministry of Finance at the national level.

Moreover, beauty considers herself a responsible and courageous woman who is adorned with qualities that has helped her to attain various goals in her life, including this state crown. The stunning diva has earlier done many fashion catwalks in various cities of the country such as, in Cuernavaca, she participated in the designer Matug in the Teopanzolco Cultural Center. She carries a lot of experience in modelling sphere, but on the other side is competing in the pageant for the first time.

Despite not carrying experience in past, she seems to be a sturdy and confident diva, whose aims are high and seeks to encourage youngsters to set their goals and follow them and leave a benchmark for the others in the world.

The national pageant of Mexicana Universal 2019 will host this year’s edition within few weeks, where elegant Mexican beauties will represent their respective provinces and the reigning Mexicana Universal queen Andrea Toscano will crown her successor at the conclusion of the finale.
