Adriana Zacarías Avilés was crowned Mexicana Universal Michoacán 2019 on 17th November and will be representing Michoacán at Mexicana Universal 2020 where Sofía Aragón will crown her successor at the end of the event who will compete in Miss Universe 2020 representing Mexico.

Adriana Zacarías Avilés from the municipality of Morelia is 24 years old, stands 176cm tall and has earned a degree in Law with honourable mention. She has always been passionate about fashion and beauty since childhood and is very thankful to her family who have always motivated her to follow her passion.

The 24-year-old diva had registered a challenge for competitors of the Innovation Fest 2020 which will take place from March 12 to 14. Adriana explained about her challenge as it is to develop a technological platform to provide sex education to the people especially focusing on teenagers. Zacarías Avilés and José Luis Montañez Espinosa agreed on the importance of bringing together health and technology issues to strengthen healthy social development.

Even though she is new to the pageantry world, she has proved herself during the competition of Mexicana Universal Michoacán 2019 where she was highly praised by the judges and audience for the confidence. The diva is a fitness enthusiast and likes to hit to gym every day to maintain herself and especially when she is preparing to represent Mexico at Mexicana Universal 2020 competition.

She is preparing intensely to improve her communication skills; ramp walk skills as well as overall skills to impress the judges during the event and mark her chances of winning the title. With her positive and upbeat attitude towards the title, she can be a tough competition for the other contestants.
