Mexicana Universal 2018 will be the first edition of the national pageant which selects Mexico’s representative to Miss Universe 2018. Before this, the pageant was held under the name Nuestra Belleza Mexico till 2017.

Denisse Franco of Sinaloa is the reigning Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2017 who will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. There is no doubt that Sinaloa crowns one of the most worthy queens to represent their country at the international platform.

This year, Mexicana Universal Sinaloa 2017 crowned the beautiful Maryely Leal as their new representative to Mexicana Universal 2018. The 21-year-old diva is from Guasave and holds a lic in International Studies. Standing 178 cm tall, Maryely is the epitome of innocence and grace.

Since her crowning, Maryely has been working nonstop for her preparation for the national competition. She has been busy doing covers and photo shoots, looking ever so gorgeous.
