At the conclusion of the magnificent finale of Miss Bolivia 2016 held on June 25’ 2016, Katherine Añazgo was crowned as Miss Bolivia International 2016. Katherine succeeds Alejandra Panozo Muguertegui Miss Bolivia International 2015, and will now compete at Miss International 2016 pageant.

Katherine hailing from Tarija also won various other titles in addition to wining the crown of Miss Bolivia International 2016. She won the Special Award of Miss Sports and Miss Elegance, based on the Preliminary Activities.

A total of 23 contestants competed for the prestigious title of Miss Bolivia 2016. The finale was graced by the reigning Miss International Edymar Martinez, and the reigning Miss Supranational Stephania Stegman.
At the same event, Antonella Moscatelli was crowned as Miss Bolivia Universe 2016, Eliana Villegas was titled Miss Bolivia Earth 2016, Estefania Senzano was crowned Miss Bolivia Grand 2016 and Yesenia Barrientos grabbed the title of Miss Bolivia Supranational 2016. Julia Mendez was crowned as Miss Bikini Bolivia 2016. Stephany Sanches & Camila Andrade bagged the first and second runner-up crown respectively.
