At the conclusion of splendid finale of Miss Connecticut USA 2018 held at The Palace Theatre, Stamford, Connecticut on 6th January 2018, Jamie Hughes bested 16 others candidates to clinch the title of Miss Connecticut USA 2018. She succeeds her predecessor Olga Litvinenko Miss Connecticut USA 2017. Jamie will now go on to compete in Miss USA 2018 representing Connecticut.
Jamie Hughes is 24 years of age, a model who possesses a versatile background ranging from Broadcast Journalism to Marketing. A graduate of Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Communications and Mass Media, Jamie is pursuing a career in the entertainment business. She also received a minor in Musical Performance and is classically trained to sing in five languages. Raised in Virginia, Jamie is proud of her home roots. She has been employed at JOVANI Fashions working as a Showroom Model and Brand Ambassador, while simultaneously pursuing her Modelling and Entertainment Career. She is represented by TRUE Models in NYC. Jamie is always looking to expand her portfolio, gain experience, and collaborate with new people on exciting projects. With an impressive height of 178 cm and a slender figure of 35-25-36, Jamie can easily win the crown of Miss USA 2018.
She couldn’t hold her excitement after win and took to her Instagram to post a customary photo where she lay on bed with her crown and sash.
At the same event, Elle Sauli was crowned Miss Connecticut Teen USA 2018 and she will now go on to represent Connecticut in Miss Teen USA 2018.
Last prominent winner from Connecticut was Erin Brady in 2013, when she won Miss USA 2013 and also placed in Top 10 of Miss USA 2013. We hope that this brown-eyed blonde beauty makes a high-flying mark for herself in the upcoming Miss USA 2018.
