Miss Earth 2019 is all set to host its grand finale where more than eighty contestants will compete for the international crown and the opportunity to become the environment ambassador of the world. This will be the 19th edition of Miss Earth pageant. Miss Earth 2018 Phoung Khanh of Vietnam will crown her successor at the finale.
While the countries are still appointing/ crowning its queens to represent in the coveted pageant, a few of them have already begun to prepare for their stint at the coronation night. Almost 40 contestants have been confirmed and it’s safe to say that the competition is going to be fierce this year. Miss Earth Philippines 2019 Janelle Lazo Tee
Janelle Lazo Tee was crowned Miss Earth Philippines 2019 at the grand coronation on 10th July 2019 at the Cove, Metro Manila by Miss Earth Philippines 2018 Celeste Cortesi and will now represent Philippines in Miss Earth 2019. Representing Pasig City, Janelle was a favourite for the crown ever since the beginning.
At the competition as well, she won a gold medal in Best Catwalk and Best Eco Video and a silver medal in Hair Challenge. She also won the Darling of the Crowd award. Janelle sure is a strong contender for the Miss Earth crown.
Miss Earth Mexico 2019 Lucía Paola Torres Romo
Lucía Paola Torres Romo has made it to our Top hot picks again as she is one of the strongest contestants till now. A look-alike of Ninoska Vasquez, Lucia has already established her foothold in the contest. She is gorgeous and an advocate of environmental conservation, two traits required to win Miss Earth crown.
Miss Earth Northern Marianas 2019 Leisha Deleon Guerrero
Leisha Deleon Guerrero was crowned Miss Earth Northern Marianas 2019 at the grand coronation night held on 22nd June 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Saipan Ballroom and gained the opportunity to represent Northern Marianas in Miss Earth 2019.
Leisha advocates for the concerns regarding the military buildup plans in the CNMI (Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands). This beauty has shown a lot of potential and is a truly deserving candidate to win the Miss Earth crown.
Miss Earth USA 2019 Emanii Davis
Emanii Davis was crowned Miss Earth USA 2019 at the finale held on 30th June 2019 at Southpoint Hotel and Casino. Emanii holds a lot of experience in the pageantry as she was adjudged second runner-up in Miss USA 2016 and then next year third runner-up in Miss World America 2017. With all of her experience, the gorgeous beauty will sure know what to expect at the international platform.
Miss Earth Nepal 2019 Riya Basnet
Riya Basnet is also another contestant who has made it to our hot picks again. The gorgeous Nepali beauty has given it her all to prepare for the international title. She has begun with small steps like reducing food wastage and then moving on to bigger steps to work towards environment. She is a very beautiful woman and with her dedication to her cause, she will definitely be a strong contestant to look out for.
Miss Earth Bolivia 2019 Fernanda Castedo
Fernanda Castedo is going to represent Bolivia in Miss Earth 2019 and has already impressed the netizens with her beauty and grace. She was adjudged as the second runner-up at the conclusion of Miss Bolivia 2019 with her exceedingly well performance.
From Litoral, Fernanda is 23 years of age and is an environmental engineer by profession. Her profession is ideal to her advocacy and the pageant she will be representing Bolivia in. As her advocacy, she has collaborated with Fundare (Fundación para el Reciclaje) to promote solid waste systems for businesses.
Miss Earth New Zealand 2019 Tashan Kapene
Tashan Kapene was crowned Miss Earth New Zealand 2019 at the finale held on 13th April 2019 at the Waipuna Hotel & Conference Center, Mt Wellington, Auckland. For her environmental advocacy, the 19-year-old Tashan advocates for animals and against stopping animal cruelty especially Dolphins as it is her favourite sea creature. She also actively participates in cleaning marathons and spreads awareness about clean and healthy environment. She will be another gorgeous beauty to look out for in the international platform.
