Miss Earth 2019, the nineteenth edition of Miss Earth pageant, was held on 26th October 2019 at Cove Manila at Okada Manila, Parañaque City, Philippines. Puerto Rico created history by winning the first Miss Earth crown as Nellys Pimentel was crowned the new queen by her predecessor Miss Earth 2018 Phoung Khanh of Vietnam.

The stage setting at the coronation night was unique again this year as the centre had a large white flower with trees on either side of it. Taking in the environmental theme of the pageant, the delegates went through the cities of the country during the pre-pageant activities to promote environmental awareness.

All the preliminary competitions were held on time with the delegates performing equally well to maintain a front-running in the pageant. The organization made sure that all the eighty-five delegates got equal opportunities as the contestants were divided into three groups for their preliminary activities. The pre-judging rounds which hold a lot of importance in the pageant also went smoothly as the contestants put their best foot forward.

At the coronation night as well, the host James took care of the audience as he kept them engaged with useful updates. The organization also had an accomplished panel of jury but no former beauty queen in it this year. Shantelle, an award-winning singer, was the guest performer as well as a part of the jury at the contest.
