The 20th edition of Miss Earth beauty pageant i.e., Miss Earth 2020 will be held in the month of October where Miss Earth 2019 Nellys Pimentel of Puerto Rico will crown her successor by the end of the event finale.

Niki Alexandridou was crowned Miss Star GS Hellas 2019 in July 2019 which earned her the opportunity to represent Greece at Miss Earth 2020. She is 25-years-old and hails from the city of Athens. Niki has studied Ancient/ Classical Greece, Language and Literature at the Ethnikonkai Kapotistriako Panepistiamon Athino. She works as an Aqua/ Zumba group fitness instructor, dance teacher and owns a dance school. She is fluent in Greek, English and French language.

The diva is passionate about modelling and environment. When an opportunity like Miss Earth Greece appeared in front of Niki, she grabbed onto it. She wants to use this platform to talk about the environmental conditions in Greece and across the globe. She feels that she has the skills and abilities to be the next Miss Earth 2020 and work for the environment because she has the advantage of her career as a marine engineer.

Niki has always been drawn towards fashion and modelling and has stood out in a group of people because of her strong personality and confidence. She has admired the delegates who have represented their countries on-stage and stated their concerns about the environment clear and straight. She is also passionate about fashion and makeup and is very experimental with the same.

Niki has started to prepare for the competition by working on her on-stage walk, body confidence, body postures and communication and interview skills. Since she is fluent in English, the communication is not that big of a struggle for her but giving answers to the judges is something she is working on. Recently, Niki shot with a photographer where she using a plastic bag showed that how the animals would feel when they have the same thing stuck in the stomach or faces. This was done in order to raise awareness against the plastic that is thrown or discharged into the ocean.

With such powerful and strong thoughts and opinions, Niki Alexandridou can be a tough competition of the delegates of Miss Earth 2020 and make Greece proud. She is the second delegate from Greece to represent the country at Miss Earth 2020. Greece decided to opt out of the Miss Earth 2019 for reasons unknown. But with, Niki Alexandridou’s delegation, the Miss Earth Greece organizations has high expectations.
