At the Grand ball Room, Syeun Hotel, Ipoh, Malaysia, a nineteen years old girl saw her dreams come true. Venisa Judah from Sabah was crowned as the Miss Earth Malaysia 2016. She will now represent her country at the 65th edition of Miss Earth pageant to be held in Philippines this year in October.

At the same event, winners under the following categories were also crowned:

Miss Malaysia Earth Air - Alice Teh, Johor

Miss Malaysia Earth Fire - Kueh Mei Fung, Sarawak

Miss Malaysia Earth Water - Victoria Lee, Perak

Miss Malaysia Earth Eco Beauty - Kueh Mei Fung, Sarawak

Miss Malaysia Eco Tourism - Hayley Yeap, Perak

All the beautiful women came out to participate in the pageant and gave their best shot at the finale. But it was Venisa Judah – Miss Sabah - who was declared as the winner and was crowned by Danielle Wong – Miss Earth Malaysia 2015. Dress in a beautiful black dress, Venisa was a refreshing change as Miss Earth Malaysia has a history of crowning fair complexion women with strong Chinese roots.

The top thirteen consisted of beauties, Alice Teh, Joanna Joseph, Sylvia Kong, Joanna Voon, Marry Puspa Luju, Atheena Chin, Kanimolly, Renee Kei Quinsom and Elsie Rayney Marius.
