The Miss Earth New Zealand Organization is all set to host its coronation ceremony for Miss Earth New Zealand 2020 on 7th March 2020 at the The PumpHouse Theatre Takapuna, Auckland. The delegates from all over the country will compete for the title of Miss Earth New Zealand 2020 and the opportunity to represent New Zealand at Miss Earth 2020. Miss Earth New Zealand 2019 Tashan Kapene will crown her successor by the end of the event finale.

As the delegates are prepping themselves for the main event to win the title of Miss Earth New Zealand 2020, Daniella Clements- Levi is emerging as one of the potential contestants who can win the title and represent New Zealand at Miss Earth 2020. 

Daniella Clements hails from Auckland; is 20-years-old and is studying bachelor of Law at AUT- Auckland University of Technology. She is very passionate about mother nature and beauty pageants and feels lucky that she has been given a platform where she can not only work for mother nature but also follow her passion of becoming a beauty queen.

Daniella is a former youth MP at New Zealand Parliament and is new to the pageant world. She is strong headed and very hard working towards achieving her goals and dreams which is the title of Miss Earth New Zealand 2020.    

The 20-year-old diva has been advocating about the climate change to a mass audience through her social media accounts and organizing conferences. She shares about her advocacies online where she urges the people to stop using plastic or use the plastic that is bio-degradable. She makes sure to visit beaches nearby to try and keep it clean. She recently shared a post where she collected a bag of plastic bottles and some wrappers from the beach and explained that is, she hadn’t collected them, it would have flown into the ocean and polluting it.

Daniella’s advocacy is to treat the environment how one treats their home environment. She wants to use the platform given to her to reach out to people who should know that climate change is real and if we don’t take measures now, our earth would be in a danger. The diva also shared that she has completed the Mt. Everest Base Camp Trek and feels blessed to have been able to live it.

One of her main motivations for pursuing this is the fact that she has grown up in a beautiful environment that when she looks around and sees the things that are destroying it breaks her heart. She feels the urge to make the changes herself and that is why she took upon her to change the surroundings she lives in.  

Daniella can be a strong contender for the title of Miss Earth New Zealand 2020 even though she is new to pageantry because she is very strong with her opinions and she has all the skills she needs to advocate her love for the environment. She has started to work on her other skills like on-stage walk, interview and communication skills, body postures and angels and confidence for the pageant. She is working hard to perform her best during the pageant as she wants to impress the judges as soon as she appears on stage. She wants to earn the opportunity to represent New Zealand at Miss Earth 2020.
