The finale of Miss Earth New Zealand 2023 was held on Saturday, 27th May 2023 in Te Pou Theatre in Henderson, Auckland where Caitlyn Dulcie was crowned Miss Earth New Zealand 2023 as she became the official representative of her country at Miss Earth 2023. She succeeds and was crowned by Simran Madan Miss Earth New Zealand 2022.

Caitlyn Dulcie lives in Auckland and is a dancer, musician, and part-time model. She is 23 years of age who was born and raised in Pukekohe, Franklin District. Caitlyn completed her graduate degree in New Media and English last year and is currently working toward completing her Masters in the same field. A number of special awards were also presented at the competition; Best In Production Number went to Moya Van Kooten, Best In National Costume was awarded to Alyssa Roberts, Best In Swimwear went to Lelaine Dela Cruz, Best In Evening Wear went to Mercedes Budd, Best In Judge’s Interview was awarded to Caitlyn Dulcie, Best In Talent to Caitlyn Dulcie, Best Environmental Video to Alyssa Roberts, Miss People's Choice to Mercedes Budd, Miss Congeniality to Lelaine Dela Cruz and Miss Photogenic was awarded to Alyssa Roberts.
