Carolina Frias is the new Miss Earth Switzerland 2018 and thus the official representative of Switzerland in Miss Earth 2018. Miss Earth 2018 is to be held on 3rd November 2018 in the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City, Philippines. Carolina succeeds Miss Earth Switzerland 2017 Sarah Laura who represented Switzerland in Miss Earth 2017.

Carolina is 26 years of age and is 170 cm in height. Professionally, she is into humanitarian aid. She is multilingual with the ability to speak fluently in four languages, namely French, English, Italian and Spanish. She is from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic but is currently living in Laussane, Switzerland.

Carolina has won Miss Earth Suisse Romande 2018 at the first edition of Miss Earth Suisse Romande in September 2017. She is a model and works for an agency named Liane Models. Carolina is no stranger to the pageant world as she held the title of Miss Charity Face of Beauty International in the year 2016. She works for the association Beauty for a Cause which deals with ecology. Carolina is also working on a project for the reforestation of the Amazonian forest.

Sarah Laura was placed in the Top 16 in Miss Grand International 2017 and also won the silver medals in Miss Friendship and Swimsuit competitions in Group 3. So Carolina will definitely have to hold up to the standard Sarah has set.
