Post Pageant Analysis of Miss Eco International 2021

The eight edition of Miss Eco International, i.e. Miss Eco International 2020, was hosted on 4th April 2021 at Baron Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. At the end of the event Gizzelle Uys of South Africa was crowned the new queen by Miss Eco International 2019 Amy Tinie of Malaysia.

The production of the finale was magnificent with sets full of sparkling backlights, rich music and elegance. The competition was successfully held in Egypt as the delegates enjoyed three weeks full of pre-pageant activities and participated in preliminary contests, like Talent Show, Miss Eco Fitness, Resort Wear, National Costume and Evening Gown competitions that led to the finale night. Before the crowning of the new queen, some special awards were announced.

 

 

The pageant commenced as delegates from 40 countries walked the ramp for the Eco Dress Prime with hand-made with eco-friendly and recycled material and designs. The former queen, Miss Eco International 2019, Amy Tinie welcomed the audience and judges with a welcome speech, sharing her experience for the past two years, which was followed by opening performance introducing the 40 contestants.

The pageant followed the selection of Top 20-Top-10-Top 5 as the winner and the four runners-up were announced as her court. The Top 20 finalists then walked the ramp introducing themselves while talking about their future projects and goals towards the environment. Moving ahead with the Top 10 finalists, the interview for the contestants was conducted where they were required to talk about a certain topic given by the judges for a minute.

Towards the conclusion of the event, Top 5 contestants faced the Question round followed by the farewell speech by Miss Eco International 2019 Amy Tinie. Before the crowning of the queens, the special awards were announced for the pageant presenting, Mauritius as Miss Eco Africa, Germany as Miss Eco Europe, Nepal as Miss Eco Asia, Bolivia as Miss Eco South America, Reunion Islands as Miss Eco Islands, Canada as Miss Eco North America, Spain for Miss Photogenic, Egypt for Best Personality, Albania for Best Smile, Montenegro as Miss Beautiful Hair and Finland as Miss Congeniality.

 

 

At the end of the night, Gizzelle Uys of South Africa took her crown as she was announced the reigning Miss Eco International 2021, with Philippines, USA, Venezuela and Costa Rica adjudged as the First, Second, Third and Fourth runner-ups respectively.

All in all, Miss Eco International 2021, having faced many difficulties and after being postponed twice, did a commendable job in organizing a pageant of huge measure with a big audience from all over the world, catching up and showering their support through social media platforms throughout the course of the pageant.
