Miss Bahamas Grand Pageant 2018 aka Miss Grand Bahamas 2018 held its grand finale on 1st July 2018 at the Meliã Nassau Beach Resort where Dannise Bain was crowned the new winner.

Miss Grand Bahamas 2017 Rejean Bosh crowned her successor at the end of the grand finale. Dannise will now represent Bahamas at Miss Grand International 2018. The gorgeous diva represented New Providence at the national pageant. Looking ever so beautiful, Dannise rocked the stage in her floor length golden gown.

The finale was a success as the six contestants walked the ramp in their gorgeous evening wear. Miss Grand Exuma 2018 Lakeira Wright withdrew from the event as she could not make it to the finale. As the night went on, the divas were presented with the special awards of the night; Best National Costume was awarded to Lakiera Wright initially but since she could not make it to the finale, Miss Grand - Grand Bahama 2018 Moñice Nazon took the prestigious title. She also was awarded the title of Best Platform Speech.

Miss Photogenic was given to Miss Grand Andros 2018 Cornesha Colebrooke. The Best Swimsuit award went to Miss Grand New Providence 2018 Dannise Bain. Miss Grand Inagua 2018 Jacoya Mcphee was awarded the title of Miss Congeniality. She was also given the title of People’s Choice.

After the special awards, the Top 4 were announced as two of the contestants got eliminated; Cornesha Colebrooke, Dannise Bain, Sharnae Fernander and Moñice Nazon. Miss Grand Bahamas 2017 took her last walk and expressed her deepest gratitude for the opportunity she was given.

First Runner-up: Miss Grand San Salvador - Sharnae Fernander

Second Runner-up: Miss Grand - Grand Bahama 2018 Moñice Nazon

Third Runner-up: Miss Grand Andros 2018 Cornesha Colebrooke
