Miss Grand Spain 2018 (Miss Grand España2018) concluded on the night of Saturday, June 30, 2018, after a grand gala at the Teatro Cerezo de Carmona. 34 women fought for the crown that previously was worn by Miss Grand Spain 2017 Mariana Rico. The event ended with Mariana crowning her successor and the new Miss Grand Spain 2018 Mariola Partida Angulo.

Mariola entered the Miss Grand Spain 2018 competition as Miss Grand Sevilla 2018. She lives in Seville Spain, and is in a loving relationship with Manu Bejarano Campos.

The contestants in the competition this year were, Joaquina Tais, Djabu Balde, Adriana Nacea, Lucy Arteaga Rodriguez, Mariola Partida Angulo, Triana Almenara, Alba Peiteado Meijome, Flavia Medina, Patricia López, Aidamara Alcedo, Maria Sánchez Alés, Nics Menayo, Noemi Gonzalez, Pilar Serrano, Alicia Rodriguez, Margarita Orihuela Alcaide, Raquel Pérez Rodríguez, Angy Muñoz González, Patrii Veiga, Sara Cisneros, Ane Alvarez Alcantara, Carolina Martín, Alba Macias, Maria Jose López Martín, Isabel Gigante, Inma Cabeza, Elena Expósito, Maria de Villar, Marta Bellido, Naii Gomez, Ariana Hernández, Stefanía Lorena Andrade, Belen del Pino, and Lucía Peregrin Lopez.

The Top 5 at the competition, other than Miss Grand Spain 2018 Mariola Partida Angulo were Miss Grand Murcia 2018 Patricia López, Miss Grand Madrid 2018 Nics Menayo, Miss Grand Valencia 2018 Djabu Balde, and Miss Grand Salamanca 2018 Triana Almenara.

Out of these ladies, the first runner up was Miss Grand Murcia 2018 Patricía López, and Miss Grand Madrid 2018 Nics Menayo, Miss Grand Valencia 2018 Djabu Balde, and Miss Grand Salamanca 2018 Triana Almenara were the second, third, and fourth runners-up respectively.
