In a recent post by the Facebook page of Miss Grand International, Mona Schafnitzl has been confirmed the new Miss Grand Germany 2018. She will now represent Germany in Miss Grand International 2018 to be held on 25th October 2018 in Myanmar.
Mona is 23 years of age and stands tall with a height of 170 cm. She succeeds Miss Grand Germany 2017 Juliane Rohlmann. Juliane represented Germany in Miss Grand International 2017 but unfortunately was not able to attain a position in the finale.
Mona is a Latin dancer, actor, an international model and CEO at Mona Schafnitzl Model from Mindelheim. She studied at Pakuranga College and was once a pupil in Mindelheimer Maristenkolleg, Germany.
Our new Miss Grand Germany 2018 has had a lot of prior experience in the pageant world as she is currently the 1st Runner-Up in Miss Deutschland 2018 and last year she represented Germany in Miss Supranational 2017, where, unfortunately, she was unable to secure a position in the Top 20 in the Semi-Finals.
The Facebook page of Miss Grand International gave out an official confirmation through a post, saying, “Mona Schafnitzl, has recently been appointed as Miss Grand Germany 2018. She is energized and loves working with the camera and on stage that is her absolutely main passion. Despite her clear vision for the path to success, she has not lost the down-to-earth nature of Unterallgäu. Congratulations and officially welcome to our Grand Family!”
