The 10th anniversary edition of Miss Grand International was held last night in Indonesia where Isabella Menin of Brazil created history by becoming the first representative from Brazil to win the international crown. While Isabella’s win was highly appreciated and applauded, there was one delegate who was deserving of the Miss Grand International 2022 last night.

Czech Republic’s Mariana Becková was a sight to behold at the finale last night as she placed as the fourth runner-up. From impressing everyone with her strong form, her mesmerizing smile and charming personality, Mariana became everyone’s favourite from the start of the night.

Apart from being adjudged the fourth runner-up, Mariana was also Top 10 at Best in Swimsuit Award, Top 20 at Best in National Costume Award, and also won Miss Social Media award. During the final Q/A round as well, Mariana gave a clear, concise and well-deserving of the crown answer which was highly applauded. Shortly before winner was announced, Mariana seemed to be a straight winner because of her excellent communication skills.

Mariana is 22 years of age and stands tall at a height of 180 cm. Mariana holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree of Progress from the Empire State College of the State University of New York in the USA. She is also working as a Yoga instructor, influencer, model, author and a philanthropist. While Mariana could not win this crown for her country, she is sure on the right stepping stones to represent Czech Republic at a pageant such as Miss Universe in the future.
