On August 23’ 2016 Australia crowned its representative for Miss International 2016. Alexandra Britton was crowned Miss international Australia 2016 at an event held at Lake Macquarie. Alexandra succeeds Miss International Australia 2015 Larissa Hlinovsky, and will now represent Australia at the Miss International 2016 pageant.

23 years old Alexandra Britton hails from Sutherland Shire and is currently studying Bachelor of Education at the University of Notre Dame, Sydney.
