Marìa Gòmez Rodrìguez will be representing the province of Salamanca at the national gala of Miss World Spain 2020. Marìa Gòmez Rodrìguez succeeded Miss World Salamanca 2019 Elizabeth Martín and if she wins the title of Miss World Spain, she’d be succeeding Maria Del Mar Aguilera.

Marìa is 20-years-old and stands 170cm tall. She is a student of a medium degree in Pharmacy and Parapharmacy and works as a professional model and stewardess. She is happy to be a part of the contest and hopes to receive the support of her family and friends in her new journey.

Marìa mentioned, ‘’When I learned that I represented Salamanca I felt very excited and eager to represent my city. Representing Salamanca is a pride for me, it is the city where I was born and of that I feel very proud, I hope to lose the height”.

Marìa’s fondness for modeling began three years ago, when she decided to take the vent hostess course. She explains that during her learning of the course, she loved the modeling world and from that moment she started to participate in various parades in Salamanca. Marìa is new to pageantry but has tried to gain some experience from the parades she took part in. She has her feet on the ground is prepping up for the big day.

Marìa specially mentioned her sister and said, ‘I really care about your opinion, I owe a lot to her”. The young diva who feels that she has the ability and skills to represent Spain at Miss World 2020 is very optimistic and kind-hearted. She wants to use her experience and knowledge she has gained by studying Pharmacy and put it to a good use and help others whenever she can.

She has started to prepare for the competition as she has started training for her on-stage walk, interview skills and body language. She wishes to impress the judging panel and the audience with her confidence and hard work for the title. She can be one of contenders for the title as she has an advantage of some experience in the filed of beauty world. She has been studying and preparing herself for the competition simultaneously which shows how much she wants to win the title but at the same time she wants to complete her education too. Her hard work and dedication is clearly shown and she can be one of the contestants who win the opportunity to represent Spain at Miss World 2020 competition.
