Maria Del Mar Aguilera crowned Miss World Spain 2019

Miss World Spain 2019 held its coronation night on 18th August 2019 at the Carvajal Auditorium where fifty two contestants competed for the national crown. At the conclusion of the event finale, Maria Del Mar Aguilera was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Spain in Miss World 2019. Maria succeeds and was crowned by Miss World Spain 2018 Amaia Izar.

Maria Del Mar Aguilera held the title of Miss Mundo Córdoba 2019 at the national competition. The 21-year-old Spanish beauty performed with excellence and grace at the contest. Standing 175 cm tall, Maria is a perfect fit for the Miss World crown. She will definitely be a strong competition for the other ladies at the international platform. The newly crowned queen’s court included –

First Runner-Up – Tania Media Miss Mundo Las Palmas 2019

Second Runner-Up – Marta Lopez Miss World Tenerife 2019

Noemi Delgado Miss World Malaga 2019 was awarded the title of ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ and also made it to the Top 10. The contestants representing Araba, Cordoba, Huelva, Sevilla and Valladolid made it to the Top 6 for the Beauty with a Purpose award.

Mireira Lalaguna Miss World 2015 and the first Miss World from Spain was also honoured at the national event as she was a part of the jury who decided the winner of this edition. The production was amazing with stellar performances and confident smiles all around.

Last year, Amaia Izar Miss World Spain 2018 represented her country in Miss World 2018 but unfortunately failed to place in the Top. She made it to the Top 32 in the Top Model Competition and also to Top 18 in the Talent Competition.
