Miss Nederland Organization is all set to host the annual edition of Miss Nederland 2020 as ten stunning beauties have been revealed to compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Netherlands in Miss Universe 2020. Sharon Pieksma Miss Nederland 2019 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

While all the beauties show immense potential, there’s one diva who has caught our attention and she is none other than 23-year-old stunning beauty Leyla Haji-zade. From Groningen, Leyla is a daily content marketer at Brainconsultant and wishes to become a heart surgeon.

Leyla has competed before in a beauty pageant as she explained, “Once before, to Miss Beauty of The Netherlands. That was a bit smaller than Miss Netherlands. A camera crew of RTL4 was already hanging around during the casting. Very used to, but also very nice. I want to try this while I'm 23. In three or four years, I can't imagine doing this anymore. Then I am so far into my studies and I want to focus on that.”

Being a very ambitious person, Leyla wants to graduate cum laude in biology and then study medicine as a graduate. “I'm going to do everything I can, I am that ambitious. It is very difficult to say who has the best chance. A career as a miss or model? That is certainly a possibility, but next to my studies. My dream is to become a heart surgeon. I want to graduate cum laude in biology and then study medicine as a graduate. It's a long way from VMBO, but I'm going to continue until the end”, she explained.
