At the conclusion of the grand finale of Miss New Hampshire USA 2018 held on 30th October 2017, Michelle McEwan was crowned as Miss New Hampshire USA 2018. Michelle will now represent her state in Miss USA 2018 competition to be held next year. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss New Hampshire 2017 Sarah Mousseau.
Michelle grew up in the Granite State and has completed her graduation in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire. Apart from modelling, Michelle’s love for travelling and exploring new cuisines has taken her all over the world. Amongst her many accomplishments, one of the biggest for her was being accepted into the Management in Training Program with The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Thailand. She also enjoys skiing, figure skating, fitness, and baking.
After winning the title, Michelle expressed her happiness by saying, “I am still in disbelief after the craziest and best 24 hours of my life. My face really says it all. I have a lot of people to thank for helping me make this dream possible. Now I feel truly honoured to join the family, to grow, and see how this year unfolds.
By sharing her journey of winning the crown, Michelle desires to encourage and inspire other girls who have faced misfortunes in their life and find ways to overcome the challenges and stay positive and strong both mentally and physically.
At the same event, Natalie Jenkins was crowned as Miss Teen New Hampshire USA 2018 and she will now represent her state in Miss Teen USA 2018 to be held next year.
